On our Fitness Weekenders, we have one goal: to get fit and feel awesome with friends.
Phi Club Expert Trainers Louis Browne and Daniel Gaunt bring together high-octane conditioning workouts, lengthening pilates sessions, focused small group coaching and cross country challenges with a good portion of healthy food and great company for the ultimate feel good weekend.
This all-inclusive, hassle-free getaway is perfect for team building with your colleagues, a break with your friends or a retreat by yourself. You'll leave with new friends, unforgettable memories and a newfound sense of self-improvement.
Guests arrive late afternoon and enjoy a lengthening pilates session along with herbal teas and cleansing refreshments. The aim is to release tension from the week and to prepare both body and mind for the weekend ahead. Over dinner, Louis will introduce the weekend’s goals to the group.
The day starts with small group semi-private technical coaching by Louis and his expert team. This is a chance for beginners to learn the intricacies of accurate form and for seasoned pros to brush up on the fundamentals of exercises that will be used over the course of the weekend. Late morning sees the first real tester of the weekend – group conditioning en masse! During this high-intensity workout, all participants will move from station to station testing their strength, power, agility, and mobility as they go. A real ‘engine building’ workout before a well-earned lunch!
The afternoon will be a chance to move away from the controlled environment setting and into the energy output arena – a two-hour cross country challenge across the stunning estate (or an equal alternative). Early evening is time for a pilates recovery session and then a nourishing evening meal to relax and refuel after the day’s activities.
After breakfast the group will revisit the group conditioning en mass format with suitable progressions included. Late morning, recovery walks in the grounds or relaxing off your feet are offered either side of lunch. In the afternoon, the group will enjoy a full body recovery session to maximise benefits from the weekends workouts. Massages will also be available on an appointment basis, please request when booking. After a fitness and wellbeing debrief guests will be free to leave at 4pm and return back to their lives feeling awesome!

50% deposit required upon booking. Deposit is non-refundable. Remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to the retreat. Attendees must be 18 or over. If booking is made within 8 weeks of course start date, total fees will be required. Please let us know if you have any health issues or dietary requirements when booking.
